AgoraCosmopolitan Dating tolerates or promotes scammes

I have reported obvious fakes and scammers a dozen times, showing evidence from their profiles (identical text, ages and profile name patterns) and yet AgoraCosmopolitan Dating do nothing. They promise take 'appropriate actions' but they do not.
The screenshot is an example of two profiles that have been posted on IM and AgoraCosmopolitan Dating for months.
So, my question on a Fruity Friday is why do they not take action against clear fakes and scammers?
Possible solutions (and I not a natural conspiracy theorist):
1. Understaffed or the staff are too busy watching porn to bother.
2. AgoraCosmopolitan Dating don't give a shit as long as they ....oh, but these fakes are standard members...unless.... oh yes, AgoraCosmopolitan Dating often give women Gold for free.
3. These scammers AgoraCosmopolitan Dating for unrestricted access.
4. Their software is not capable of blocking these fakes (hmmmm).
5. AgoraCosmopolitan Dating think it's ok.
6. Moderators are not doing their 'job'.
As members, we should care about this. There is no come back if we get scammed. AgoraCosmopolitan Dating have the ability, I believe, to block people if there is proof they are fake. They don't. What does that say about our 'club'?

Organised scamming operation

I just checked and I have blocked and reported over 0 fake profiles in the last few months and yet they still keep coming. Possibly bots, but definitely organised and possibly based in China. They appear to live in Hong Kong and Singapore in particular.
Common trends: Women, Ssame ages (24-25), same simple but badly-written profile , similar inane usernames, often with an underscore. Often come with fake photos identified as such using tineye.com.
The other thing they have in common is that they always get membership, despite hundreds being blocked and reported. You might want to think why this happens, given how easy it is to install a filter on memberships.
These fakes are destroying the site. I'm tired of blocking and reporting as nothing is happening. At some , if it hasn't happened already, some people are going to get ripped off.
