I like to lift weights mostly. I did love running but right now I have a torn meniscus and waiting for that to heal.

Yes, time and injuries do catch up. Swimming easiest on the body.

I am golfing now. I also enjoy golfing but I am not running anymore. I like biking and rowing are my normally exercise equipment I am doing. Lots of walking too hugs V Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

I had to cease speed walking in March when I had foot surgery. As of now I still cannot get a sneaker on so I'm staggering around the local fields picking blueberries( fresh air)and trying to grocery shop as needed. Doesn't help the weight gain to all of a sudden become inactive (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Good morning Pal, you know it sucks that we slow down as we age so this is the best way to exercise as it burns more calories than regular exercise and it's a LOT more FUN..![]()

I would be an exercise fanatic if I had daily access to an indoor pool! But My new apartment comes with a gym membership. Maybe I'll become svelte in my old age. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
