I have a problem.....

I will be sixty- next month and that is more times than I have had sex even though I am married. The problem is sex is so stressful i get ill trying to have it. All the women I have been with have told me they had multiple orgasms before they fell asleep. I did not have anything close to an orgasm. I just had a major migraine and threw up. I am told that this is because I have nothing to distract me while I my partner. it has been suggested that a reverse gang bang or multiple partners al at one time would fix this. Unfortunately, I know no way to make this happen. What do you suggest?

 thank-you the idea of multi-partners without warning was a therapist suggestion concept put forth was that that scenario allows me new time to think about it just react to it can't focus on each person's actions because there are more than two and they are in control of everything. it is designed to stop me from mind fucking myself into becoming ill from the stress of sexual anxiety. don't know how well it would work because never been in that situation other option suggested was an orgy but that would require me to be an aggressor which returns me to the initial issue.
