 The saddest of sad truths about this place is a phenomenon I call Zombie Profiles, which are actually no longer being used by the person who was once behind it, now the webmasters use them to entice men to thinking that there are more women who use the site regularly

 Here is a microcsm of life at large...there are pockets of people in the chatrooms....in the groups....on IM... in their own private group rooms....I have heard that there is even an underground version of the site....and in the blogs. There is very little cross over among these groups. I am in the chatrooms and the groups and of that i know maybe a handful that blog. I read the blogs daily and write when i have something to say. Writing is cathartic for me...so when i need to vent...i blog. I am a newbie blogger of only a couple of years. Prior to that i was a chat room reg....and the people that i have met personally are from simply emailing...or IM or those rooms. Yes....an algorithym of the site will direct...ads or blogs or people in your direction. Look on your personal home page under My Stuff and look to see the profiles that the site says you viewed. Ill wait for your response.....

pretty much what jajo says......Like I her, I cross over between chatrooms and the blogs. I've met people from the chatrooms and fellow bloggers.
