Just when you think you've seen it all....

Just when you think you've seen it all.... You find yourself rolling this at an intersection.  Um.... Yah. True story! The Spawn and I ventured out to Old Mission Peninsula yesterday. Talk about a beautiful day to take in the sights! One of these days I will actually stop at those vineyards, and taste test those wines.... Hopefully on a day when I don't have the angry, sullen Spawn sulking in the back seat because she wants to go to the mall and I'm killing her vibe because all I want to do is see some beautiful scenery. Note to self : Adventures with the Spawn have become grueling. Remember that next time you think "Let's take a road trip!" |

I think that fella on the bike is a bit lost McLade, a few hundred miles too far north! Tell him Disney land is in CA, or better still, Paris!!  Gads, your girl is such a teenager!

I know my oldest G-girl is getting closer to coming out the other side of that brat stage. Just a few more years.....

Ah...the good old days when a clip over the ears for some attitude re-adjustment was acceptable  The most you can do these days is not get them a post-paid iPhone 30, but get them a pre-paid phone with bugger-all data and tell them that $30 per month is all that you're going to pay, so "don't blow it in one day wasting time on FB or uploading to Instagram every bloody meal and facial expression!".I has a cruel

Oh it is all we can see for now,you lucky there not being in lockdown,the young should be grateful for small mercies i would love to go to mall once again and buy some clothes or shoes ready for summer those changing rooms is what i long for as hate shopping on line,never looks great on me when i get anything anymore

Hope it went well one day she look back and say "I was a true brat I'm sorry I love you Mom" I wish I could have said that to my parents today. Eh.... There will be other years.

Traffic was backed up a little and I was like, what the heck is going on up there. About 3 cars ahead I saw this guy and I said to my daughter, there's a bear on a moped up there. That's Northern Michigan for ya, I guess. You never quite know what you'll find out on the roadways....
