Two year old question, but it's a good question, so here goes. I have said that if she has the urge for a woman, just be safe about it. Specific permission in advance would be nice. Telling me the naughty details would be hot. If I can watch some of the time, that's great. And if the other woman is into men too -- and interested in me[i/] -- that's fantastic; I'd love to try a threesome, or just have a turn with her too. But as long as her fun with another woman doesn't interfere with us, no problem. I'd like to say that I'd OK with her and another man too, as long as it's safe and pleases her and doesn't interfere with us, but I'm not, except maybe in the context of another couple where I get to play with the other woman. Intellectually, I don't want to have a double standard, but emotionally it's there. As for cheating, that's when the agreed rules of the relationship are violated. In our case, it would mean an unsafe woman partner or taking too much time or energy away from us.

I think I am a little late to the party, but if she is enjoying herself and it is taking nothing from me, unless she wants to invite me along, then it is no business of mine. Of course i would expect her to have the same feelings about me being with someone else. Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

Depends on your rules. We are honest and she could have a girlfriend without me and it's fine., but if I didn't know or agree to it, then it is cheating. A hot woman would probably be less acceptable by most because then you are more jealous.
