Sniff Sniff So this is the wierdest thing im prob ever gonna post n it sounds like BS n im bein trolled somehow. Started when i asked my bf how he would rate me on a scale of 1-10 n he said 14 cause i always smell like candy. This struck me as just him bein an adorable wierdo. Laughin bout this i mention it 2 both my girlfriends n they like both agreed. They just said like candy. nonspecific candy. Ooookkaaayyy wtf does that even mean? My bf said he thought was at first like my shampoo or body wash or perfume but over time he realize is just my natural smell has a kinda candy scent 2 it. Am i bein lied to just 2 confuse me? So same day i chattin on phone w a guy we r all kinda seein n had him on speaker cause we were plannin a trip n my gf ask him what i smell like. He says "A light sweet smell of candy like when u go 2 a candy store". Yh right soooo sounds like a set up. Then he says my mom smells same way. Ok really really wierd cause wtf is he doin sniffin my mom?? Who does that? Soooo over Xmas my parents were visitin. Which is not easy 4 them but so awesome havin them in my life again (Think strict roman catholics acceptin their as a TS who is romantically involved and living w 2 females and a guy, yh not easy 4 them). So my gf tells my mom "u smell like candy just like ur ". Thought i would pass out from embarrasment. N my dad blurts out ofc she smells of candy why do u think i married her? Now this whole thing has me suspectin everyone of trickin me somehow. Sure.. been told i smell good or sweet by lots of diff ppl but 2 smell of candy? Not really buyin this cause i cant smell it n not sure even if is true that it is a good thing. Now am always wierded out bout smelling bad. My life is really strange. Jessi Jessi |

My diet is actually radically different than my parents. But I get ur point. Starting to actually believe that i kinda smell like candy. That or lots around me want me to believe it for some really wierd reason. Jessi

What people attribute to genetics is merely eating, behaving, thinking, emoting, and everything else based upon the modeling of their parents/family. This results is the same diseases, responses, expressions, thinking, and just about everything else. We just don't know another way. It's massively subtle and is embedded in much of what we do. Unless you've radically changed your diet from your parents it's likely you would smell like them.

Am totally envisionin all my others sitting around w drinks in their hands laughing bout the time they made me think i smell like candy. Jessi

I very much doubt you are being tricked. You probably do smell somewhat like candy. Or that is as close as they can describe it. Don't knock it. I believe ones personal aroma makes up a big part of ones attraction. If you see me in the real world, come say "Hi Justskin." I always behave. Preferably not well.

Do you get bit by mosquitoes more frequently than others in the same room? If so, that's because your blood smells sweeter to them, and that has to do with your hormones and body chemistry. And maybe (just theorizing here) that is related to what all of these people are observing.
