 Ours is doing the same thing. We called customer service and they said they are working on it but could be up to 2 weeks before it's fixed.

TWO WEEKS !!!!!!!

No wonder this site is bankrupt, I got a month of free Gold over the last major glitch in August, looks like everyone will be free until at least November after this one.

 I've worked in IT for 30 years, and if we had this kind of shit going on, people would be sacked, and the company would lose all of it's business. This is unacceptable, when people are paying for a service.

Come on, guys, pull your collective fingers out. Two weeks is unacceptable.
