Some new HTML-like commands live You can now put HTML tags in your posts by using angle brackets ([ and ]) instead of less than and greater than. We'll be testing it live for a few days to see how the tags are working. Here's an example of some things you can do.
Generated using: [center] For those wondering how to show the actual commands in a page, put a \ in front of the bracket as in \[ or \]. |

Hey Mr. CEO man.... When are they going to make them with button to click on for the HTML when you are writing the post. Ya know like many other sites? LMAO... like I see at the bottom of this post NOW but I've never seen before when I've posted on other threads..... Is this a freak thing or a regular thing? *blush*

Question Mr. CEO Man..... If you don't put each line in the color "quotes" then only your first line will be in color. How do you add a line break, so it doesn't look like one big huge paragraph...... Also why doesn't it work that if you click on the {color purple} insert words here {/color} tags (used { instead of { to show examples of this.... But why can't you insert several paragrapha and have them all turn out into the color. Because as it is only the first paragraph shows up as the color and the rest are black...... wish there was a line break here PLEASE ANSWER ME MR. CEO MAN !!!!!

Has anyone else noticed all the html/paragraph/spacing problems in their older blog (already posted ones) ?? Hopefully you're aware of this and fixing them! Suddenly older lists that I made on older blogs are all just mushed together as a paragraph. Thanks!

does the button with the arrow on the right of the keyboard with the word 'enter' on it ring a bell? That's the one mostly used for putting in line breaks .... ~ smilez ~Of course I know what the enter key is. I use it all the time Miss. Dumb Shit. duh...... It's just when you use it with the HTML codes the RETURN KEY doesn't work!!!! Miss Smarty Pants!!!!! Oh and the Miss Goddess of Dumb Ass caught me in a foul mood today. Of course I know what the enter key is. I use it all the time Miss. Dumb Shit. duh...... It's just when you use it with the HTML codes the RETURN KEY doesn't work!!!! Miss Smarty Pants!!!!! And when I typed the above post it was typed with the spaces using the return key only it didn't show up that way when it was posted..... so duh.... don't get smart mouthed with me $%&$# *blush* sorry i'm in a really pissy mood right now!!!

Hopefully, the trial period of "testing it live" won't leave our already done blogs all screwed up and skewed, like they became today. Once we have entered, and posted them, we've gotten used to them STAYING the way we posted them. Changes in font size, font color, and spacing, got really messed up this afternoon, on all of our existing blogs.

So, will the old posts return to normal on their own? ... magically .... and if so, ..when? I ask as im not sure whether to perform much major surgery or not?? This happened to profiles a ways back .. lasted several weeks or more ... so knowing now what to expect is important to many of us. There is a problem with part of the older blog posts. It has to do with the carriage return / line feed / enter at the end of lines / (whatever you call it) to SEEM deleted. It is not 'consistent' or everywhere because of other commands used in the posts. It is being worked on by the peepz of ~this friendly site~. The advice is to NOT go change any older blog posts .... they will be restored (or at least that's the idea)

Things are working weird since the upgrade. Normally I put in a color command at the beginning and it applies to all paragraphs. Now it must be entered at the beginning of each new paragraph. It used to work just fine. Sometimes with new code some features get fixed and others get broken. And some no longer work the old way by design. We'll all have to be patient while the kinks get worked out. Now stop fighting you two. Peace, SR In response to your reply, I didn't notice any problem with colors needing to be specified before each paragraph unil this afternoon. Good luck getting it all worked out. Don't ya hate that about rolling out updates? I go through similar at my office. What was the worst was when the person in charge decided we could do without beta testing. that's great! its a leap toward the right direction - definetly! it appears to me that this site makes a strong (and sucessful)attempt to integrate a fourm for open communication of their sexual needs and their active lifesyles. in that respect, hands down this is by far the most popular and known web site for that purpose. with the addition of tables and user's options of personalizing their web sites is a great idea. in evaluation of business models such as myspace.com, myspace.com, myspace.com,..etc, myspace.com, ultimately it is providing user integration into their lifestlyes and interoperability to generate volume traffic and word of mouth marketing. word of mouth marketing has a success rate of over 80% when informed by someone that your close with versus 2% for direct mailing (i would surmise email marketing would be close to the direct mailing campaign success rates) i also have to commend the quick response to resolving issues. the addition of the email fraud link in messaging is a great addition. it provides good business and ethics professions code. what i would like to see, if possible, and i'm just throwing out ideas here is additional home page support. it would be nice to have a personalized main page such as ones found on myspace.com,where you may be able to adjust the location of your task panes such as "my stuff" and "explore". the gui could be a little more user friendly.

well, i figured out how to make the list items into ordered lists, so when you have a list item that carries down to another line, it is in line with the rest of the text. like in my example of my list item #6 in my post [post 283697]. just use 'ol' in the tag brackets. The only thing is, I dont like the numbers that it put there, but I cant seem to change that part and make it in line with the rest of the text too.
