It's been a bit of a gong show, but stay connected, that is crucial to mental health, sexual health....we'll figure it out...lol

To riff on Ronald Reagan, "An epidemic is when your neighbor contracts COVID. A Pandemic is when you get infected."

Notwithstanding our horrible (and largely avoidable) *numbers*, the banality of the Pandemic has set in. Despite over 12 million diagnosed cases, 96% of us are (for the moment) unscathed. Even with 11 million unemployed, 93% of us have some sort of job.

It is easy to lose sight of how precariously our national health hangs in the balance. With nationwide vaccination still 4-6 months away, there is still more than enough time for infections and unemployment to surge and bring the Pandemic directly into each and every one of our lives.

Stay safe, resilient and patient.

It has affected (and infected) a lot of people in all sorts of lives in all parts of the world.

With the recent news that vaccine trial results are looking promising, hopefully it wont be too long before we can get back to some kind of normal.

However, I suspect there may be further tough times to endure before we get there.

GOOD FOR YOU ! I just wrote a post on my blog on this same subject. Sadly most people just dont get the threat of how sick they can get! Until they die, that is, and look down (if you believe they can do that) and see how much grief they have caused their loved ones, a bit to late tho !
